In the dark places of wisdom

Parmenides, the ancient Greek poet, is also known as the father of logical thought. Recently unearthed inscriptions have thrown a totally new light on the nature and purpose of his philosophy. This text uses this evidence to present a new picture of Parmenides as priest, initiate and healer.
