On Thom Spectra, Orientability, and Cobordism

For many years, algebraic topology rested on three legs: "oridnary" cohomology, K-theory, and cobordism. This text concentrates on Thom spaces (spectra), orientability theory and (co)bordism theory framed by (co)homology theories and spectra.
