The Political and Social Significance of the Life and Teachings of Jesus

The material used in the preparation of this series of lessons has mainly been the gospels, but the author had been interested in reading some other books that have treated this same subject. The author felt the chief intellectual characteristics of Jesus were his spirit of impartiality, his broadmindedness, and his aloofness from selfish interests. It is easily seen that these beliefs are the basis of Jenks' interpretation of some of Jesus' teachings.
