Organizational behaviour in hotels and restaurants : an international perspective

Bok av Yvonne Guerrier
Organizational behaviour is the academic study of organizational processes using social science methodologies and approaches. It is used to help organizations understand human behaviour, so that they can operate more effectively. A fundamental element of hospitality management training is understanding how the two vital elements of the hospitality industry (people and the environment in which they operate) interact. This book aims to provide students with the key concepts of organizational behaviour and improve on existing texts by providing a contemporary perspective on current models and ideas specifically for the hospitality industry.
