Quality, Reliability, and Maintenance QRM 2002

Bok av G. J. (EDT) McNulty
Since the early 1990s global industry, commerce and education have concentrated on the need to exhibit quality standards. In every sphere of life we are exhorted to aim for the highest quality. This emphasis on quality is especially relevant to engineers. Most major professional engineering institutions have a quality exercise from the top administration to the members. Continuous professional development (CPD) is now a normal and essential discipline for every chartered engineer. Inextricably bound to the issue of quality, are reliability and maintenance. Thus, this collection of papers is based on a series of international conferences which focused on the essence of quality, reliability and maintenance from a broad platform, embracing all relevant activity, industry research and education.
