Effects of Drugs on Verbal Fluency : Properties, Performance and Applications

This new book discusses the neuroanatomical and the neurochemical bases of speech and language in the light of recent discoveries in the fields of cognitive neuroscience, functional neuroanatomy and neurochemistry. Also discussed herein is the influence of drugs and other related substances on speech and language, with emphasis on verbal fluency, as well as the mechanisms of drug related fluency and the pharmacotherapy of aphasia.
