These two volumes and their accompanying CD-ROM contain the papers presented at the 6th International Conference on Probabilistic Safety Assessment and Management (PSAM 6). The PSAM meetings are the leading forums for the technical presentation of probabilistic risk and safety assessment and management methods and techniques applied to complex systems.
