Interception of Communications: A Consultation Paper : Code of Practice

The regulation of the interception of communications are dealt with in this code of practice, which gives guidance to intelligence agencies and others on warrants and the disclosure, copying, retention and other safeguards necessary for materials obtained through warranted interception. Aimed at the public authorities listed in s. 6 (2) of the Act, it also applies to postal and telecommunications operators and other interested bodies.
