The Collected Writings of T. E. Hulme

This is the first collected edition of the writings of the poet, critic, and philosopher T. E. Hulme (1883-1917). Hulme wrote some of the first `modernist' poems in English, helped introduce the philosophy of Henri Bergson to Britain and the USA, and was one of the first English critics to write about modern art. This edition contains extensive notes to Hulme's writings, together with a substantial biographical and critical introduction.
