Agape Like an Ape
Bok av Author John O'Loughlin
With this title the author believes he has arrived, like Pilgrim in the 'Celestial City', at the end of his long and at times extremely arduous philosophical journey, which began back in the early 1970s and beyond which he believes no meaningful progress could now be made, since the axes and pseudo-axes, about which he has revolved much of his mature writings, have finally been resolved in a way and to an extent it would be impossible to improve upon, much less overhaul, not least in respect of their relationships with gender and class, together with the 'moral' implications that such relationships entail in what becomes a veritable 'apotheosis' of his ethics.
