Many families celebrate their own unique traditions, but few family traditions last over four generations and touch so many lives. Fishing, Family, and Tall Tales memorializes how two such traditions-the late spring annual trout fishing outing at Tellico and the Labor Day weekend camping and fishing trip on the banks of the Tennessee River-personally made an impact upon the author, Charles Lynn Harrison, and on all of his relatives and friends who shared those weekends over the course of 60-plus years.
