Supervising engineers are required to verify that works recommended by the inspecting engineer are being carried out and complete a `prescribed form of record'. This updated edition of the Prescribed Form provides the ability to detail information about the reservoir such as water levels and depth, volume, dam crest height, and details of leakages and repairs.
