Sunderland : Britain in Old Photographs

This collection is comprised almost entirely of images which have never previously appeared in print. Starting in the earliest days of photography, travelling through the war years to the post-war period and finishing with the shipyards and pits of the 1970s, in the last days of those industries, this collection will delight and amaze in equal measure.
