Leadership Outlook

In my outlook of leadership, I have seen so many infallible proofs of leadership, with high expectations and demands for making maximum impact. Careful examination of the lives of several leaders described in the Hebrew Bible indicates that the purpose of leadership is not fame, power, or fortune, but to lead people with truth and righteousness. If any man assume leadership position by his will, he will be whisked-out by the wise. Leadership without God as the pillar, will be subjected to the control of the god-fathers. Such a leader losses sense of relevance and focus so cheaply. The leadership excellence of our father in faith and seasoned leader of our time, Dr. David O Oyedepo has being a source of inspiration to me. I have been impacted greatly through his multifaceted leadership. By my outlook, he is a situational, transformational, evolutional, ideological and an ethical leader. My inspiration about his leadership is based on several years of working with him and of observing his leadership style as well as learning from him as he is inspired by God. Many others have been impacted into his kind of leadership and we are all leading without stress in our areas of responsibilities both in ministry and secular vocations. This book is a great privilege and an uncommon avenue to address the issue of leadership outlook as a mark of challenge and caution to the leaders that wants to succeed in their assignment.
