The Skylark

This short story is a descendant of the short stories of Oscar Wilde and Hans Christian Andersen. On the surface it is a fairy story for children and inside, like a hazelnut in its shell,is a kernel of wisdom for adults. Superbly illustrated by Irish artist Mary Breach who has had exhibitions in the Royal Hibernian Academy, the Oireachtas and three solo shows in The Oisin Gallery, Dublin.
