Volume Two, The Mechanics of Selling, follows the first volume, LISTEN MORE SELL MORE Volume One ~ The Anatomy of a Sale. These volumes are part of the projected full series comprised of three volumes. Volume Three, How to Handle Objections with TONE, will complete the series late in 2019.
