Cydonia City Blues : Episode 15 in Flames of the Phoenix Saga

Red Phoenix is an ex-revolutionary, mercenary, and assassin. Following the Luna Wars, Phoenix freelances amongst the criminal underworld of Mars. As his infamy rose amongst the Martin Syndic, he is approached by a colleague to kill his boss, the head of the Martian crime family. Following the job Phoenix is betrayed and left for dead. Months pass before he awakens in a strange bar on Terra, with no memory of how he got there, or survived the coupe on Mars. Surprisingly his old handler arrives at the bar with a job, and Phoenix leaps at the chance to get back in the game. But that when things just get stranger. The job is a setup and Phoenix takes out the wrong target. Enemies descend from across the solar system to collect on the growing bounty on his head. With few friends left and limited options available to him, Phoenix sets out for Mars, searching for answers and vengeance.
