The Complex of Tumuli 9 10 and 11 in the Necropolis of Apollonia (Albania)

This two volume set reports on excavations at the important Classical site of Apollonia, in Albania. The burials in the complex are identified as predominantly high-status, with grave goods found in every preserved tomb. The excavations also uncovered considerable evidence of prehistoric burials, mainly of the Late Bronze and Early Iron Ages. Specialist reports include skeletal analysis, as well as finds, grave goods, faunal analysis and conservation reports.
