Stable Places and Changing Perceptions: Cave Archaeology in Greece

This volume provides a welcome introduction to cave archaeology generally (or it may be used as a reader on aspects of cave research); its purpose is to underline the importance of caves in scientific research, be it archaeological, palaeontological, or environmental. The research adds up to a resume of what is currently known in Greece about cave studies, and at the same time incudes specific contributions from across a wider area.
