Ports and Happy Havens

Natalie Devereaux, mother, paralegal, avid bookworm, still reels from the unexpected slings and arrows in her "paltry life." She can't quite see where she is headed. Natalie's haze of anger isn't helping matters and neither is the blinding Pennsylvania snow. Nick Richards, an overeducated, has-been action actor with hazy private problems and surplus time to ponder them, isn't doing any better. Nick thinks he knows what his future will bring-it's not a pretty picture. Forced into an encounter neither expects nor particularly wants, Natalie and Nick learn that sometimes the Universe navigates you to just the right safe harbor. What you do when you arrive is up to you. Or is it? It's months before they know that answer.
