Emily and Her Pouting Puffer Fish

Emily, her mom, and their neighbor, Toad, face another serious dilemma after recovering from the aftermath of Hurricane Isabel. Emily's affectionate puffer fish, Pepper, is out of sorts and behaving strangely. They cannot figure out what is bothering him. When Emily's treasured pet puffer fish confronts a life-threatening situation, the threesome seek out help immediately to save the day.
