Ever since her mom passed away, Julie Baxton has had to deal with her abusive father on her own. Julie is constantly moving from city to city, never making strong relationships with anyone. Julie's whole world is turned up side down when she moves to Philadelphia. She finds herself surrounded by new friends. She experiences love, hate, confusion, and heartbreak.
