Cerro Maravilla : Incident at Maravilla

In 1978 a latent insurgency has heated up as armed groups conduct urban guerrilla operations and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has to face the threat. 1978: A clandestine war is being fought between the clandestine services of Puerto Rico and a new breed of fighters who follow the strategy of urban guerrillas. A new Governor wants to handle the problem from a Public Relations viewpoint to show the US that Puerto Rico should be incorporated into the US as a state. It is the beginning of the Cerro Maravilla Incident.
