Targeting first opinion practitioners as well as specialist surgeons and pathologists (including those in residency training programmes), this book covers the surgical procedure and follow-up histopathological diagnosis using a case-based approach. Each case begins with a short description of the clinical signs, giving a picture of the lesion (gross and/or imaging) surgical procedure and then discussing the histopathological diagnosis including evaluation of expression of immunohistochemical markers where relevant. The chapters are organized according to the main anatomical locations dealt with by surgeons.
