Inspiration on a Poetic Level

Bok av Jamie C Hill
Jamie Hill is a happily married, mother of three. There is nothing extraordinary about her, with the exception that she is a child of the Almighty God. Many of her poems describe her life. She was born in Helena, MT and raised most of her life in Mississippi. As a child she spent much of her time in and out of children's shelters and foster homes. She came from a broken home of drugs and alcohol. Many times in her life she came near death through rape, drugs, and suicide attempts. If it had not been for the Lord on her side she probably wouldn't be alive to write this book, but through prayers and "mustard seed" faith she's alive and well enough to share her testimony of how she made it through On April 29, 2007 she came out of a horrible addiction of crack-cocaine and alcohol. She committed her life to God through the precious blood of Jesus. She since has been cleansed and remains filled with the Holy Ghost. She gives all the credit where it is due to the Lord Almighty, Jesus Christ who shed His blood on Calvary to save a wretch like herself. She says that her life is like a familiar song sang by the "Williams Brothers," "I'm just a nobody, trying to tell everybody about somebody who can save anybody."
