Universum Hagiographicum Memorial R. P. Michel Van Esbroeck, S. J. (1934-2003)

Scrinium: Revue de Patrologie, d'Hagiographie Critique et d'Histoire Ecclesiastique, established in 2005, is an international multilingual scholarly periodical devoted to patristics, critical hagiography, and Church history. This volume is dedicated to the memory of R. P. Michel van Esbroeck who studied hagiography of the Christian East and West. However, in keeping with van Esbroeck's broad academic interests, the volume explores other areas of patristics as well.
