Rapamycin is a macrocyclic natural product involved in various biological and pharmacological processes including antifungal, immunosuppressive, antitumor, neuroprotective and antiaging activities. In this book, the authors present current research in the study of the effectiveness, safety and drug interactions of rapamycin.
