Out of the Garden : The First River
Bok av John F Ellis
It has been two hundred years since the fatal bite of fruit. Adam and Eve raised many children but now find themselves retreated to their dream home. This home closely resembled the garden home, the place that should have been the perfect place to find peace and rest. Pulling away from the world brought them depression, sadness, and a purposeless life. However, God has another plan for his first children. Little is written and understood about the beginning story, but there must have been much more to God's work with them. No other persons lived in such communion with God as they did. No other persons carried the burden of their disobedience as they did. No other persons must have felt such difficulty communicating to the nonbelievers as they did. Adam and Eve have much to offer the Godless world and much more life to live. God's ways are mysterious, and prayer is the key that unlocks. Few are able to make prayers that truly connect to God's Holy Spirit, but those who do are blessed. Being blessed by God does not mean life gets easier, as Adam and Eve discover during their travels among the people of the first river.
