THE PENDRAGON COLLECTION 8 : Humanology consists of 1372 kural, those brief couplets of seven words originally used by a Tamil saint, Thuruvalluvar, about 2,000 years ago. His timeless book, the Thirukkural forms the core of Humanology, to which I have added a great deal of wisdom both modern & antique, before tailoring the whole for the English-speaking western mind. Humanology has something to say about everything ? a universal guide to life from cradle to grave. Including my brief prelude, the text is exactly 10,000 words, a wee nod to Lao Tzu?s 5000 characters.
