The Legacy of Harry Dean
Bok av David Connolly
The death of Harry Dean leaves a puzzle for his grandson Michael. Working through Harry's papers and trying to save his own faltering business Michael is drawn into a shadowy world of half truths and hidden money. As he tries to unravel the complications of Harry's legacy he uncovers a web of lies and deceit which stretches back to the Second World War.
He finally decides that he must confront the lies of the past rather than walk away. Then things get really complicated. Suddenly people are trying to kill him and the police want to arrest him. Running across Europe and struggling to understand the past, Michael is battered from all sides.
His only ally is a forensic anthropologist who believes Harry was a murderer and is intent on reporting him to the British Authorities. As the truth slowly emerges Michael realises that he has to resolve the situation himself.
With the dual weight of the law and European politics combining to increase the pressure, Michael sees a possible way out but it means taking the fight to the enemy. Armed with just his wits and his knowledge of his grandfather he sets out to unscramble the legacy of Harry Dean.
