Classical Writings on Economics : As Selected by J R McCulloch

This collection was compiled by McCulloch in the 1850s. The first two volumes were for the Political Economy Club. The volumes represent a selection of the work of his predecessors, from Defoe to Walpole. They contain many pamphlets and short works.
