Alice : A Novel Out of Africa

Rhodesia and the vicious civil war continues and is intensified by the shooting down of a civilian airline and the horrific massacre of the survivors. Kensington's own Territorial Battalion has been called up and routinely deployed on the Zambia border. But there is nothing routine about this deployment. The war has been joined by Alice Chingola and her tribe of merciless religious warriors, and are now allied to ZANU the local terrorist group with Alice as supreme leader, tilting the balance in favour of the terrorists. For the army the gloves are off, the rule book thrown away, terror met with terror with just a hint of conventional soldiering.
