Tom Jackson doesn't believe in vampires. The vampyre lady is not set in Victorian times but modern day Britain, and challenges all your previous knowledge of vampires. Christine Jackson doesn't believe in vampires. Tom Jackson becomes Christine and also becomes involved with Sir Alan Hardacre, a blast from her past, and the pursuit of a gang of child abusers. After all it's silly vampires cant exist, yet she has the dreams that tell her where her future lies. Pretty soon it is clear that the police are investigating a major terrorist who is armed to the teeth, and is... Christine has to investigate vampires and where they come from, and has a few surprises along the way Most vampire stories tell us that vampires live in a different world, where they are some kind of superior race with nothing to fear, but we humans have weaponry that can take them out, and another couple of advantages too.
