Alimenta consanguineorum : Das Unterhaltsrecht unter Verwandten in der Rechtsprechung des 19. Jahrhunderts unter Berücksichtigung der zeitgenössischen Literatur

The work deals with the jurisdiction of the 19th century regarding livelihood interests between relatives. The investigation embeds selected court decisions for the legal doctrine into the relevant livelihood discussions at that time. Eventually a prospect on the introduction of the German Civil Code in 1900 will show, how the legislator ruled the significant livelihood controversials.
