»Protection against Dismissal of Managing Directors against Ordinary Terminations«This study investigates the protected position of managing directors of a limited liability company in the case that the position is terminated. The Protection Against Dismissal Act (KSchG) basically does not apply to the legal representatives. In this connection the investigation focuses on the questions, whether the Ltd and their managing directors are allowed to agree on the validity of the law and how the grounds for dismissal of § 1 Abs. 2 KSchG can be transferred to the directors.
