»The >Right to be Forgotten< on the Internet after the CJEU's »Google Spain«-Ruling«In the milestone-decision »Google Spain« in 2014, the CJEU affirmed a right to erasure of search engine entries related to a person's name and, to this extent, established a »Right to be Forgotten«. This work covers the development steps, contentual interpretation and classification of the ruling into the jurisprudence of the CJEU as well as the related practical, legal and political problems, consequences and questions arising shortly thereafter.
