»The Legislative Agreement as a Legal Problem«The constitution provides the state with different regulatory instruments. An instrument of the recent governmental practice is the so called »legislative agreement«. This agreement is a contract between a public authority, which participates in the legislative procedure and a private law subject on parts of the legislative procedure. The dissertation deals with the prerequisites and limitations of a legislative agreement as well as possible claims for damages.
