»The Constitutional Legitimacy of a Significant Raise of Federal State Subsidies to the Social Pension Fund«The study deals with the issue whether and in how far the German constitution restricts federal state subsidies to the social pension fund. The authors conclude that Art. 120 sec. 1 sentence 4 Basic Law, the constitutional property right protecting claims against the public pension fund, the constitutional rule of equality and European law (Art. 101 TFEU) are not violated provided that the share of state subsidies doesn't exceed 50 percent of the overall amount needed.
