»Court Administration in Germany and England«In light of the increasing economization of the German judicial system the question arises as to whether the traditionally dominant role of the executive in the German court administration should be retained. To answer this question this thesis takes a look at the English court administration and analyses whether parts of the English court administration can serve as an example for the German court administration.
