»Blanket Clauses of the Civil Law as a Restraint of the Exercise of Rights in the Civil Enforcement Law«The thesis discusses the relevance of blanket clauses of the civil law as a restraint of the exercise of rights in the civil enforcement law. The issue of the application of the blanket clauses and the compatibility with specific rules and priciples of the civil enforcement law are analysed. In addition, the author discusses the authority of the official organs for enforcement to deal with blanket clauses of the civil law. The thesis has its focus on the development of case groups of the abuse of rights in the civil enforcement law.
