»Action and Imputation«An action is the result, not the object of an »imputation«. It is constituted if a person imputes a transformation or the absence of a transformation to itself or another person, justified by certain reasons. This concept of action enables a better understanding of the role of causality, intention and normative judgments. It allows to describe the wrongful negligence and omission each as an action and provides a basis for the system of fault requirements.
