This book examines the criminal responsibility of employees of these companies for grave breaches of international humanitarian law under the German Völkerstrafgesetzbuch. Centered at the interface between international criminal law and corporate criminal law, the study analyses relevant offences. Particular focus is laid on attribution of criminal responsibility within collectively acting organisations.
