»>Temporary< Agency Work«The author examines the significance of the concept of »temporary« duration of temporary agency work and offers a solution that complies with fundamental rights and EU law in order to deal with this feature, also in light of the 2017 amendment to the AÜG. On the basis of the concept of »service community« the admissibility and limits of temporary agency work in church institutions are examined. For the fulfillment of ecclesiastical loyalty obligations, the creation of appropriate regulations is recommended.
