»The Formalized Protection of the Rights of Personality Through Criminal Law«The dissertation deals with the effectiveness of the protection of personality rights by criminal law with a view to the 15th section of the Penal Code. Based on the constitutional scope of protection of the APR, criteria for the determination of a scope of protection under criminal law are devised. The protection afforded by the 15th section is measured against these criteria as well as against the basic principles of constitutional law and the rule of law. Finally, a separate systematic protection concept is proposed.
