»Law on Cartel Sanctions«The different regimes of cartel sanctions in the EU are not harmonized, which is why an effective enforcement of Art. 101, 102 TFEU is only partially effective. This finding particularly applies to German antitrust sanctions law, which remains behind the requirements of European law (standards). The present thesis examines procedural issues encountered within the ECN and illustrates different options for legal convergence with special reference to recent developments at European level.
