Die unions- und völkerrechtlichen Anforderungen an den Kündigungsschutz von Arbeitnehmern mit Behinderungen

»European and International Legal Requirements for the Dismissal Protection of Persons with Disabilities«This thesis focuses on the legal requirements of the European Dirctive 2000/78/EG and the UN-CRPD for the dismissal protection of persons with disabilities. After presenting the concrete legal requirements for a non-discriminatory dismissal protection law, the author analyses whether the national law complies with the international requirements. A key issue is the definition of disability in a legal context and how a social model of disability can be operationalized legally.
