»Access to the File in the European Administrative Law«The thesis uses the increasing demand for a codification of the Administrative Procedure of the EU as an opportunity to outline the structure of the access to the of file in EU Administrative Law. For this purpose, primary law and, in a comparative analysis, also area-specific secondary law are examined in detail. The insights flow into a proposal for a codification, which is an addition to the ReNEUAL Model Rules.
