Andreas Eickhorst shows in a concise, up-to-date and comprehensive manner which systemic basics and methods can be used in early help and names workable fields. Friction issues are also discussed, as the early help situations are often rather ambivalent relationships, as certain issues - such as the prevention dilemma or the actual voluntary participation of families - are still unresolved.
