The Impact of McCarthyism in American Cinema

In this article I have examine the impact of McCarthysm on the representation of Germans in the American movies, and its development. I try to find out what were the characteristics of the representation of Germany in this period, the nature of the new developing relationship between the US and Germany, and in what way the movies promoted this relationship, and/or contributed to their withdrawal.
