The political influence on the cultural and economic life of a nation's habitants : The case of the AKP in Turkey and Prime Minister Erdogan

In these four chapters it will try to answer the question in which way and also to which extend the Justice and Development Party (AKP) has influences the cultural conditions of Turkey in the last ten years in order to achieve economic change. To do so it will first identify the political and cultural circumstances in Turkey. Furthermore an analysis of the political and economic actions of the AKP will be provided. After discussing the assets and drawbacks of these actions it will draw a conclusion giving a final statement.
